Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Lundo app, website, learning content, and optional community features. By using Lundo, you agree to follow them.

Your account

You sign in through Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping that account secure. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade a restriction. You must be old enough to manage an account where you live, or use Lundo with a parent or guardian’s involvement.

Permission to use Lundo

Lundo gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the service for learning. You may not resell it, scrape or copy substantial content, bypass security, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits.

Learning content

Language learning involves judgment, variation, and continuing revision. We work to keep text and audio aligned and welcome corrections, but Lundo is not a certification, translation, immigration, legal, or employment service. Do not rely on a lesson where professional advice or exact official wording is required.

Community features

Friends, challenges, preset encouragement, leaderboards, usernames, and activity sharing must be used respectfully. You agree to the Community Guidelines. Lundo may remove a username, restrict discovery or social access, or suspend an account to protect users and the service.

Our materials

The lessons, software, recordings, generated voices, artwork, character, written explanations, and branding belong to Lundo or its licensors. Feedback and error reports may be used to improve the service without payment or obligation.

Store purchases

If paid features are introduced, mobile purchases and refunds are handled through Apple or Google under the store’s rules. Deleting a Lundo account does not by itself cancel a store subscription.

Availability and changes

Features and content may be corrected, added, removed, or changed. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability, but we will take reasonable care in operating the service and communicating material changes.

Ending use

You can stop using Lundo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations, security threats, unlawful use, or harm to other users. Where appropriate, we will give notice and a way to contact support.

Responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, Lundo is provided without guarantees beyond those the law requires. Lundo is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing here limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
